II. Digital Courses (Instant Access)

Refund Policy

• Access to the course is granted immediately upon payment, and the service is generally considered to have been provided; however, consumers may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
• You are not logged in or have not viewed the course; or
• Course viewing progress does not exceed 20%; or
• The complete course materials file has not been downloaded.

Refund Process

• Review results will be provided within 3 business days
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
• Platform fees may be deducted

III. Digital Download Products (Electronic Files)

• Delivery is deemed to have taken place upon completion of the download.
• Refunds will not be accepted except in cases of technical errors or file corruption.
• If there is a problem with the file, you can exchange it or get a refund.

IV. Physical Goods

• A 7-day return period applies (items must be in their original condition).
• The consumer is responsible for shipping costs for returns due to non-defective items.
